(August 25, 2020, 4:21 pm)Super slow service took me of 20 min to get a sandwich. I only had two people in front if me in line inside the store. So get there before the noon hour or your whole lunch break will be gone.

(February 20, 2020, 6:05 pm)Most of the time the employees are nice. There have been a few times I’ve run into someone who is grumpy or just doesn’t have any pleasantness in their demeanor. Always busy during lunch on drill weekends, so beware. The only other problem I’ve had was when I preorder, I've always had an ingredient I’ve asked for missing or replaced with something else. Every. Single. Time. Only once have I had an explanation as to why and it was out of their control. It’s not a bad subway. Their are always improvements to be made.
