    IMHO this is the best breakfast restaurant in Topeka. Their omelets are the best. Ham and eggs gets you a slice of ham the size of a dinner plate. Their pancakes are awesome, just beware if you order them off the menu, they are huge!! They get busy, but the wait staff is awesome and friendly. Be aware, though, that they don't accept credit or debit cards, so you will need cash (although they do accept checks.) They have a breakfast buffet on weekends, which is also very good, but I've become a devotee of their omelets so I forgo the experience. If you haven't been here, give them a try, you won't regret it.
