The Elephant Bistro & Bar

Tried to get a reservation for two but called too late as reservations were full. We took a chance and drove an hour regardless in hopes we could find a few seats at the bar. Happy we did! Service was excellent, very impressed with the teamwork! Food was great. Everything high quality, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Love having a place like this close enough for us to visit. Will be back soon.

Dinner was a birthday gift from a friend. We drove over an hour to get there and it was well worth the time. Great service, atmosphere, and most of all great food. We'll come back for her birthday for sure. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a great dining experience. Very impressive for a small town.

Wow! Just wow! What a treasure! Very nicely renovated building, excellent and I do mean excellent food and service. Had the brew house spicy avacado egg rolls as an app.

Entrees were the infamous cubano, signature burger and Asian lowmein bowl. Dessert was cheesecake and excellent coffee’s to go.

This place is about 17 miles off of interstate 70 in Hoxie KS but is so worth the side trip. I would recommend reservations. Will be going back!

Positively the best kept secret of Kansas!! Great hospitality, menu that impresses, drinks galore!! So many innovative menu items, yet they somehow make you feel like home! This establishment was recommended to me by some colleagues and I have been here multiple times on my business trip already. I'll be telling the world about this place because it's just amazing!! Bravo!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Their Sangria is some of the best we've ever had and their cheese grits are so good that they're lick off the plate worthy! We've already made plans to come back.
