    It's OK. For small town Kansas it's fantastic. In Las Vegas it would be a 2, but in Wellington Kansas on a Monday night when there are not a lot of places to eat it is a 5. Salsa has a cocktail sauce flavor, but the beans and rice are fantastic. Pork is better than the chicken. I think the chicken is canned, but the pork has a good spice.

    Despite the number of times the place has changed its name, El Valle is still easily the best Mexican food in town. Loads of variety on the menu, and best of all, the food is authentic. You won't get tortillas filled with cheese and microwaved here, all the food has a lot of flavor and the portion sizes are generous. Definitely worth a visit if you ever in Wellington.
