Good food reasonably priced and the Waite staff always busts their Fanny

If you're looking to indulge in real authentic Mexican cuisine then Fabiolas is a must when visiting Wellington. The servers are fast, friendly and accommodating throughout your entire dining experience. There is a wide variety of items to choose from with daily specials on food and beverages at a very affordable price. My family looks forward to dining each and every time we come into town.

I for one am not a fan of Mexican/American food. Don't get me wrong, I like good Mexican food once in while. Just most places seem to make the same ole same ole stuff. I get it. People like that.
However, this place has a twist that has got me wanting to eat here ever time I am in Wellington! They take the all you can eat buffet and introduced it to Mexican food. Of course you can still order off the menu if that is more to your liking.
The buffet has a wide range of food on it. More than enough to hit everyone's taste buds. The staff is more like family when you go in they are happy to take a moment to talk to you about whatever you want. They even have ways to entertain my 2 year old grandson while we wait. Seating is quick and with the buffet there is no waiting.
If you haven't already eaten here, what in the world are you waiting for? Go give it a try while in Wellington it is a must. Side note: it would be a great place to have a working lunch. I did and it turned out wonderful ????

Thirsty Thursday = Half price Margaritas
I had the Jalapeno/Cilantro Margarita. It was beautiful to look at and fantastic to drink. The perfect blend of alcohol, Cilantro and spicy jalapenos.
I ordered the Pollo Wellington which was a grilled chicken breast, with shrimp, onions and fresh spinach smothered in white queso sauce. This dish is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it.

4 Street Tacos with fixins - $10. Fabiola's is doing a great job! Thirsty Thursday is Margarita night.
