Sonic Drive-In

I got the app so I could have 1/2 price drinks but 1/2 the time it dont work...i am there daily and think they could check my app and give the drink at the reduced rate...otherwise great people delivering my drink...and they usually get the $1 I save using the app..

also when I do have to pay with cash...the ones that peel off the paper money then ask to keep the change part needs to stop...1) it is annoying and presumptuous that i am even giving a tip and 2) i usually would of tipped more...!

This Sonic Drive In is nestled in the beautiful Kaw Valley between Bonner Springs and Edwardsville. Service and food is always consistently good. If you are out for a drive consider taking K-32 along the bluffs of the Kansas River and stop for here for lunch.

The last 2 times we have been here have not been good. This visit we ordered the new biggie cheeseburger. It was so-so. The sauce was quite heavy. The other item we ordered was a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. I'm not sure how it was possible, but the Texas toast was NOT toasted at all. It was like 2 pieces of bread straight out of the bag. The time before today, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and they were cold. It's disappointing, because this has been our go-to Sonic for years.
