    You could sense the care that went into these tacos. They had an excellent el pastor tacos!
    The restaurant was super clean and the people were so nice and accommodating for our group of taco crawlers.

    Good tacos of different meats! 3 good salsas from hot to mold. Will return for birria tacos

    First day doing the #KCKTacoTrail. Stopped at El Jefe and it is SO GOOD! 💯 recommend! Quesobirria taco was the best I've had yet - crispy, meaty, perfect pull to the cheese. The red salsa is like my aunt Rosie's (🔥) and the frijoles charros like my aunt Jesse's. I am obsessed. It's a tiny spot. Service is friendly. Restrooms are gender neutral. Prices are great.

    Best tortas i have ever had! Very affordable Mexican food with nice employees
    Edit: Prices have gone up a bit but still really good tortas
