I'm impressed.

The staff at this location are working diligently and being thorough with safety. All of the staff had masks and gloves; a far cry from what I've seen at other food places. Even in these trying times, the staff at the Rainbow location provided perfect service. They were professional yet cultivated a welcoming atmosphere that reminded me of burger joints from when I was a kid.

The food itself was spot on. Satisfying, yet not so greasy that I'd regret touching it. I'd expected good food from 5 Guys, though. I didn't expect such patient, personable, and active staff. I was motivated to leave a review as my way of acknowledging their efforts. I hope it benefits them in some way.

One of the best places to get burger in the midtown area. Plenty of parking too, because good burgers and parking don't go together in KC.

The burgers are ALWAYS fresh but they have a hard time to get my order correct. I want plain burger, well done, only meat, cheese, and bacon. No mayo, mustard, onions or anything else. And I do explain to them exactly how I want my burger. The people were very friendly though.

Excellent made burger, healthy portion of patty and all the add on extras are included. I had the little bacon burger with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and pickles. The fries are fresh from the potato and fried in peanut oil. Nice healthy choice lol. The free peanuts to snack on while you wait remind me of the ball games. Awesome freebie. Very friendly staff. Always coming back!
