Taco Bell

Normally I come to this taco Bell and expect long waits poor customer service and more, today I was greeted by a gentleman I only know as Mike the front counter crew member who greeted me with a smile mixed with prompt service he was checking in on our orders regularly making sure they were getting taken care of he also treated the elderly lady behind me with exceptional patience touche I'm not sold on the whole crew but Mike sure did show genuine compassion. Keep up the good work buddy I hope you move through the ranks quickly as far as the four-star review goes this store needs work overall.

Tasted great but when we received our food I realized it was missing one of the 2 shredded chicken burritos I ordered. When we asked them she wad like "Oh You wanted 2?" They made it but I did have to pay for it. I ordered a lot of food. Already spenr almost $28 bucks. I speak very clearly and when I ordered "2 shredded chicken burritos BOTH with no avocado ranch" then the fact that there was one missing, wasn't even rang up. I dont feel like I should've hadta pay for an additional burrito AND wait again at the back of the line.

Our order was actually completely correct. That rarely happens!! I am impressed that they finally have a good staff. Hopefully they are able to keep them. It was nice that we did not have a 25 minute wait for food. They kept the line moving. It helps when you get rid of the girl playing on her phone in the drive thru window.

Should try the watermealon frezze and the nacho cambo
