“After a rough day, I was in need of some comfort food. Boy did I find the right spot. The portion sizes were perfect and the flavor was fresh and delicious. While I ordered online for home delivery, the food was here pretty fast. About the same wait time as I would expect if I sat down at a very nice restaurant. I just didn't have my glass of wine to sip on. My bad.I had the egg drop soup with shrimp fried rice, and for my entree I had the pork with mushrooms. Yummy. I gave the delivery person an appropriate tip and he was very gracious”

“I got 3 carry out lunches, from the time I ordered til the time I walked out with food it was 45 minutes. The woman that took my order was very polite. Chicken wings were tasty, Mac and cheese was bland according to my two co-workers. Green beans were also bland and tasted like they were fresh from the can. The beans had some season salt/Cajun spice on them sprinkled on top, but NO flavor throughout. Chicken tenders were also tasty, fries were okay too. I received bread with every order, one of my slices was the heel ????. Owner lady was polite, kids working with her acted indifferent and confused about filling orders, giving out condiments etc. I was very excited to try some southern/soul style cooking her in Kansas. The chicken was good, but as far as side dishes, I'll keep looking.”
