Food was AMAZING. They ALMOST gave us the wrong order. And forgot one of our meals when we first paid so at the second window they had us pay for the second meal. But luckily double checked with us.

Although the food was excellent as it always is we had somewhat of a floor show between an employee and a patron. The patron slipped as they were going to get a refill for their coffee and told personnel that the floor was slick and needed attention. The statement was not said on a smart or derogatory way it was said so that no one would be hurt. After a few minutes they returned to the counter to reiterate the problem with the floor prompting an employee to come into the dining area and sass to the patron about their complaint. As she so eloquently put the problem into simple terms that she would hate to see anyone hurt or the company sued he left without finishing the job. A few minutes later another employee returned to take care of the situation and he returned as well saying that he had used 2 dry mops to clean the area asking what more could he do. He then asked his fellow team member if they wanted him to do something else. In a few minutes he returned with a damp mop and dry mops to clean the area properly still mouthing to the patron. When all was said and done the patron showed extreme grace treating the employee as they would like to have been treated. This incident will not stop me from doing business here but next time I just as soon do without the entertainment.
