White Castle

I’ve carried out from this White Castles many many times and I’ve never been disappointed! The food is always at the correct temp.!

I really like this White Castle. They keep the grill cleaner than some locations. That helps the food taste better. And, the crew is friendly.

I like to give 5 stars but not today. I went through the drive thru. They told me to wait because they were out of burgers. After 10 minutes of waiting in the car I sent my daughter in with the receipt. They said they had forgotten my order. We left only to discover they had left off part of our order. And what we did receive was lukewarm. We returned and I was quickly given the rest of my order. The staff was courteous and seemed to be short handed so I hope it was just a bad day.

Had a pleasant experience ordering food through the drive-thru at this particular location. The food that I ordered came prompt hot and fresh which was a good thing because in other white castles that I've been at, I have at times had missing items and cold food. But today was a pretty good experience in my opinion and everything that I ordered came out correct.
