The 859 Taproom and Grill

I have really mixed feelings about this place: the atmosphere is modern and comfortable, and there is a big covered outdoor seating area. We had craft beer, wine, and two appetizer plates, one of which a sampler, but they were out of two of the 5 items on it so we had to double up 2 of the other 3. I'm a $$ sorta guy, though, so it was a little pricey for me. Still, I would go back for a social occasion like meeting friends for a beer or two!

Amazing place with great employees and AWESOME beer and food. I personally love their mozzarella wedges and pretzel with beer cheese. I cannot recommend this place enough and hope everyone stops by once.

New name is great, giving props to the Northern Kentucky residents' area code...lots of brew and bourbon to choose from...pretty fantastic food for a sports bar restaurant! ...good service from our very kind and fun server. Not too busy, not too big - nice outside area for seating- too cold while we visited, but will return soon to try another few items.

The atmosphere was good and the food was awesome. The only complaint I have is that when I asked which lager or stout I should get (they have a great selection), my server said "I don't know. I only drink Bud Light". So, I asked her to have someone who did know put together a flight, pick 2 of each and surprise me. They brought me 1 lager, an IPA, and two porters lol. Great restaurant, but they obviously need to train their servers better.
