O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

I must say the service and food was excellent. We hadn't been here for quite awhile and I don't know if the management has changed but it certainly was great service. The manager was going around speaking to everyone and our server was great. Also best sirloin steak I have had.

Have eaten there 2 or 3 times a week for awhile. Quit eating there for a year because it wasnt very good. Do not know what changed but there food and service has been amazing for awhile with a great price. Fried chicken tender salad is the best. Great food great price and extremely good service with good people.

This was a great experience after a long day at the Cincinnati Zoo! The food was great and the service was even better. Kelly was a wonderful server and made sure to take the needed time for our party of 12. I couldn’t ask for anything better!! Thanks again!

Nice family restaurant with competitive prices and great service. Lunch menu great and children's menu anytime. Highly recommended.

Stopped by today for lunch with my family. Great platters and wonderful service. Nice afternoon in a quiet setting. Warm and relaxing. Definitely a repeat. Highly recommended. Great for children.

Hadn't been here for a while and it was a last second decision to go tonight. Seated quickly as it was after 8:30 when my wife and I arrived. Jeffrey H was our waiter and he did an amazing job! He was prompt, courteous, helpful in ordering. We had a to go order we made while we were ordering our food to eat there. It was a steak and some sides, and he made sure to let us know he had them cook it a bit under what was ordered so when we reheated the steak at home it would end up at the desired level of being done. We had never had that happen for us before. In addition to the service by Jeffrey, the food was excellent. I had the Louisiana Sirloin with broccoli and mashed sweet potatoes. First time ever having the mashed sweet potatoes and they were very good. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and had just a touch of seasoning to make them taste great. The steak was cooked exactly to order and had just the right amount of seasoning without going overboard, and of course it was very juicy. The kitchen and the waiter both made this the best visit I have ever made to this restaurant, but they also are one of my top two places I have eaten in the past couple of years! Job well done gang!!!
