(May 22, 2019, 5:46 pm)Went to Taco Bell on Dixie Highway in Florence, KY. Fast, Friendly Service and I received the correct food. Was ready to boycott Taco Bell due to terrible service received last 3 times I went to the one on Madison Pike in Ft. Mitchell, KY. This last time was the worst. I ordered the Nacho Grande Box and when I got home it was a Chalupa Box. Husband was not happy as it was his dinner. I called TB and was told they would only remake it if I brought the wrong food back. I told the girl it was 20 minutes one way to do that and asked if she could just issue a credit. Said can't do anything without the food being returned. I also told her I was not given a receipt. Felt I was not treated with respect. WILL NOT go there again. 3 Strikes and they are OUT!!!
