Always busy but the employees are normally extremely nice and get my drinks right. The parking lot/drive thru always gets packed. You can get blocked into your parking spot because of the line for the drive thru line.

I ordered a coffee through Uber Eats from this Starbucks location and I just have to give some praise to how they packed my order to be delivered. Cup came with a sticker over the mouth opening and packed in a bag with stickers closing the opening as to avoid tampering. 10/10 great for taste and presentation! Thank you.

I ordered a hot chocolate and got a mocha instead. The mocha would've been great if it were what I ordered. They were pretty busy so I understand. The barista was rushing around and the order is an easy mistake to make. Just try to relax and make sure all orders are going out okay so you don't get one really fired up Karen.

This is a new Starbucks location from there original store less than one-mile down the road on Mall Road in Florence, KY. The new store is beautiful. They have created a white granite-like countertop which extends out from the registers. The extended countertop allows customers to sit in comfortable stools or stand to pickup their coffees and food. You can also sit and drink you coffees at the large countertop. The interior has been redesigned with paint, seating and art. However, they have maintained the beautiful round, rock exterior which is two stories tall. The interior and exterior are spectacular. Oh yeah, the coffees and foods are just as yummy and delightful as ever.

Always quick service. Miss the old crew from back in the day *2011. Miss the couches too. Edit May 2018: Just did a remodel. Looks bigger. Seems like there is more and new outdoor seating which is great . But there is definitely less seating inside and seating is confined to a smaller area making the area feel cramped. Reduced my star rating to 3 because while the remodel looks nice, but it seems less homey than it has in the past.
