Bruegger's Bagels

I’ve been to a few of these in various airports throughout the years and this was hands down best experience. It’s Memorial Day weekend and they are open half hour before posted hours at 5 A.M. Thank you for that! Also there was a long line but it was moving faster than McDonalds. I hope the home office takes care of this team with a spot bonus bc today they earned it!

All I can say is “Wow!” The line was long and one worker kept that line moving faster than 3-4 workers anywhere else I have ever been. And my bagel was as good as it could be! I have never seen anything like this and would hire that employee in a heartbeat for any team if I could!

My food was great but these 5 stars are for a worker there named Samantha. Samantha is AMAZING and probably have some level of super powers because I’ve never seen someone work so efficiently, speedy, and accurately in food service. She was taking orders while making the prior order and repeating back the orders to the customers to confirm she was making the order correctly. Her memory and focus is out of this world. On top of that she greeted every customer in a nice, sweet and professional way. She also gave a timeframe on the wait to the next customer in line. After she took the order of the person in front of me she said, “Sorry for the wait. I’ll be with you in 30 seconds.” I was like, “What wait? I’ve never seen anything like this. You’re awesome!” It was around 7am and she was the only one on the line taking and making orders. The line was long but moving fast because of her amazing skills. Great job Samantha! Give this girl some recognition and a raise!

Such amazing workers today! Everyone was very friendly and did their jobs wonderfully. Plus the food was good.

Very friendly and fast, but you sacrifice quality. Not the best bagel i have had wish i would have gone to american bagel down the hall if i would have known.
