I went at 2pm on a Thursday, if that matters. Friendly staff, quick service, and my food was really good.

I have to give such a major shout out to this place for their service. My flight was delayed and then not - just after I ordered. Ahhhh!!! I had to fly out of their literally, and my awesome waiter wrapped up the portion of my order that was ready and gave it to me on the House. That’s the kind of service that makes me super loyal - but as I don’t live in Cincinnati, I’m hoping this drives more people there!!!

Great place to set and relax or work before a flight. The Turkey Club was solid, but the salad was a bit disappointing. The poblano "ketchup" had good flavor, but it was more of a salsa than anything else.

The drink special to get a double tall for only a few more dollars is pretty great.

Everything was super salty. Got the lemon pepper wings and tried to knock most of it off but were super salty. I know they are new so may need to tweek things. Practice different salt to food ratios and find the right one my lips are burning. Want to keep new places. Service was very good.
