Pilot Travel Center

For the most part I've had friendly service from 1 person... the young guy on afternoon shift on Sunday. It seems he's the only one with true customer service. He makes eye contact when speaking to you and has a friendly tone. Also, the shower I went in didnt have a latch on the inside, so I have to wonder if anyone can just come in while I'm in the shower. No lock, no latch, no good. Work on that maybe. Other than that they have ample truck parking across the street.

I got a pooh plush bear kinda high priced with a fleece blanket but totally worth it. The hot cocoa machine was out of order. I just hope next time I can get some when it's working. Not bad coffee.

I like Pilot. They change things too much though. I had a Pilot card for years and now it is no good because they changed the rewards program. They used to ha e cheeseburger dogs. They got rid of them and replaced them with Italian sausage. I can live with that, but then they took them away and replaced them with Country Style sausage. I would not feed them to a stray animal that was starving. That is not to mention that nowadays half the Pilot gas stations do not even have their roller dog machine working or stocked. I may ha e to find another place to get my roller dogs.

Easy on & off and the gas prices were great! I call this a one stop shop when traveling! You fill the car, use the facilities, grab something to drink and a snack (they even have fresh fruits) and be on your way! Convenient ????

Four stars for the nice ladies at the desk barely able to keep up with the customers coming in, two stars for the cleanliness in the bathrooms lack of enough toilet stalls only 3, (come on a high-volume truck stop with a McDonald's and only three bathroom stalls and this place has lots of square footage that's not being used properly) tiny narrow bathroom hallway inside the bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned in I don't know how long and smells, out of paper towels. obviously pilot doesn't employee enough employees to keep this place running in a spic and span manner. The main floor could use a real deep cleaning scrubbing. You can tell in the maintenance they're not putting any money into this place just like most pilots I have been into lately I don't know where they're putting all of Berkshire Hathaway's money they recently invested but it sure obviously isn't into maintenance cleanliness or employees. I would rather go to a Love's any day of the week.
