Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The place was really busy and it took about 7 minutes to get our food. First they were waiting on our Bo-rounds, once those were up the employees were so distracted by other customers that it took several minutes for them to give us our food. Several folks who came in after us got their food first. Our food was cold by the time they gave it to us. It was still good but would have been much better if hot and fresh.

I first experienced Bojangles in Raleigh, NC in 1982 and was hooked. We do not have them in Indianapolis so I really look forward to going there when we go south. However, the last few times we've been very disappointed in the quality. Perry, GA and Shepherdsville, KY have both been a little off lately. The employees in both locations were very polite and friendly and I really want to give them a 5 star for service. The food has simply not been the same. We will stop again to give them the benefit of the doubt but it's strange that 2 locations in 2 different States have been challenged with delivering good results.
