LNO Lifestyle

I started using LNO in February this year. I’ve always had issue maintaining a healthy lifestyle on the road with my career. LNO has made it easy, affordable and most importantly effective. I began this journey at 306lbs. Less that 3 months later I’m down over 30lbs and feel a lot healthier. The meals are delicious and filling. I’d seriously order these meals even if I wasn’t “dieting”. I thought I’d be tired and feel drained but I have more energy and I’m even sleeping better. I cannot sing enough praises about LNO and I plan to continue this journey with them to reach my goals of a healthier lifestyle.

The food is delicious and healthy! I have only tried a few of them so far and I can’t wait to try the others and see how it impacts my health and fitness goals.
