    We stopped in on Tuesday after labor day. We sat at the counter. Hannah was our server. She was truly wonderful. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant was well staffed. Food was hot and delivered fast. Overall my best visit to a gold star chili ever.

    We finally got to the new gold star where the old larosas used to be. The food is good and the service was above the norm thanks guys for us having a nice eating experience. Have a blessed night

    Food was good, service was SLOW. Only been open a week or so, so might get better. Heard a manager/ owner(?) badmouthing some of the local restaurants. That made me want to leave. This new ownership has been in Alexandria a very short while and they are bashing long established businesses. Kind of unprofessional in my opinion.

    5 stars for the new Gold Star location. Beautiful building inside and out. The same great chili and coneys – my favorite chili parlor. Service was excellent, order was quick and hot, iced tea refills right on time. Will definitely be back. Recommend that you stop by and check them out. Talked to manager about the new burgers… excited to try them next visit.

    We went on opening day when things were bound to be a little crazy. The food was good, hot and the order was correct. Everyone was really friendly.
