    Order three Sundays one of the Cups did not even have the lid on it correctly so it bust it all over my hand they were very polite about it help me clean up and gave me another Shake

    McDonald's is clutch when me and my family don't know what we want to eat. Not saying that as a negative. It tastes good and it's cheap and the employees at any McDonald's that I've been to throughout northern Kentucky have been extremely nice. Never a negative experience.

    This McDonald's was very clean inside, must have been remodeled recently. The staff were super friendly and my daughter was offered a free strawberry milkshake that someone at the drive through had ordered and then drove off from. Very happy with the quality and accuracy of our order as well. Will definitely be back in the future!
