Jimmy John's

I typically do not leave reviews, but our recent experience at Jimmy John's in Highland Heights was fantastic. We needed to cater a lunch for a small group of people, and although the website said it was too far to deliver to our location, we called the store and the store manager said they would do it. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure that our lunch order was made quick and delivered on time - it was less than 30 minutes from the time our cater order was placed to when it needed delivered. I will recommend them to all and will definitely be placing more orders in the future. Thank you JJs!

This is absolutely my favorite restaurant! the service here is so fast and the delivery is just as fast! I've never had a bad experience at any Jimmy John's I've ever been to, but this one specifically is special! If you're ever in the Highland heights area in Kentucky, definitely stopped here and get a bite to eat!

Gave this location another shot after seeing the post about new ownership. Both times I’ve been back were a world of difference. Friendly staff and good food. Thanks.

This location really closes about 10pm or maybe earlier, any time I stop by after work ~10:00 they are 'out of bread' or 'closed early' or whatever other excuse the close crew makes up. The last time I got there about 9:30 and actually got served, though when I got home my Roast Beef sandwich was Turkey and had the toppings wrong...and I was the only person in the store. I'd give this location a miss but I love Jimmy Johns.

I am the General Manger at this location. We are under new management which means the service is way better than it used to be, we have happy loving employees here that are always ready to be at your service. Come check us out!!!
