“I typically do not leave reviews, but our recent experience at Jimmy John's in Highland Heights was fantastic. We needed to cater a lunch for a small group of people, and although the website said it was too far to deliver to our location, we called the store and the store manager said they would do it. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure that our lunch order was made quick and delivered on time - it was less than 30 minutes from the time our cater order was placed to when it needed delivered.
