Real deal Q here kids, go, as close to Texas hill country as will find in the tristate. Brown paper on a cafeteria tray. Get a couple of ribs, the South Carolina pulled and coal slaw, a brisket sammy, you will fork fight over the Mac and cheese, the baked beans rock, did not like the jalapeño coal slaw go for the traditional. The sauces all rock, biggest issue here is I can’t find fault with anything, nothing too sweet or salty, pretty close to perfect. We are pretty serious foodies and this place pretty much nails it. Go.

Awesome biscuits and gravy. The added plus was a great bartender named Samantha. She's super cool, funny and the drinks cold! Definitely worth going on a nice Sunday for brunch.

The pulled pork sandwich is served cold but the flavor of the pork pulls through and makes a good sandwich.

The green beans and coleslaw were tasty and perfectly complemented the pulled pork sandwich.

I consider myself a decent BBQ guy, I have a Big Green Egg and have been known to cook a mean brisket. This place easily has the best brisket around. It's moist, smokey, and has great bark. The sauces are great, the jalapeño Cole slaw is great. We bought a couple of smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving and loved them as well. The green beans are about the only standard item on the menu, but they are still good. You should visit this place! After all, it IS in a brewery! Somewhat kid friendly place with toys and coloring books. Wonderful hidden treasure here.
