“I went in to get a group of orders because we weren't able to fax it over. I understand it was inconvenient but we waited until after the lunch rush and it was slow. One of the guys behind the counter saw me holding orders, rolled his eyes and groaned. He was clearly not in the mood to help me and had the younger guy make my orders. I apologized for the inconvenience but I also needed to feed my team at work. The food was good but customer service wasn't great.”

“I don't know who trained this staff but they need a pat on the back!!! They need to come out to Alexandria and train that location! On top of always having great service, a clean place to eat and my order is always 100% correct. I would like to recognize Greg who is always in the lobby making sure things are clean and offering to help in any way. I have a 1 and 2 yr old so eating out gets stressful. He is always so kind and my girls just love him ???? GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!”
