    I've been here twice and have waited for our order more than 20 min both times. The food was hot and tasted good but it just took forever to arrive...

    I loved these out in California...however this one has gotten my order wrong multiple times on multiple occasions. The food is alright. I wanted to like this especially considering how close it is to the house...but 4+ order fails? I'll pass

    Food has always been what was expected. Once I was with a friend; we had stopped at another Sonic and ordered 2 milkshakes. The milkshakes were more whipped topping than actual shake. We were already a few miles away at that point. We stopped at this Sonic and they were more than happy to replace the shakes. That's customer service folks.
