Don Señor Mexican Bar & Grill

I have heard a rumor that all three Mexican restaurants in town are owned by the same people. This may be true because the menus seem almost identical. This restaurant has the best service out of all three. I prefer this one over the other two for that reason. The food quality of the three are also similar.

Just went in for dessert. It was cheesecake with ice cream whipped cream and honey! It was superb. Planning to go back soon! The regular menu looked fantastic and reasonable. Very clean and courteous staff!

This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. Service was great as well. Having lived in AZ, we were unsure of going to a Mexican restaurant. We will certainly be back!

I've been going here for a while and thought I might share my most recent experience. Service here can fluctuate a lot. I mostly order take out and I would have to say 1 out of every 3 times I do the order hasn't been started till I get there.

In my most recent experience I ordered takeout and when I got there someone else had taken and paid for my order. I had to wait for them to cook a whole new order, which was fine. As I go to check out she reads back the order and I tell her that it's wrong. After a couple moments of back and forth I say it should be fine. She tells me my total and it's a little bit more expensive than what I thought it should be. She explained to me that it was just tax and I paid and left.

After I got the receipt I realized that she had charged me for the more expensive order that she messed up, she charged me for salsa that I didn't order, and she charged me for a take out fee when my order was started as soon as I got there. I have had better and worse experiences at this place, but this encounter was a little upsetting.

Love this one. Everyone is always super sweet and friendly and they are quick about their services. The mixed drinks are always spot on what we wanted. Definitely will be coming back
