Love love love this place!
It’s absolutely beautiful. Nice trail to walk to the fall. They have other trails as well. There is a little gift shop, with all sorts of stuff. It’s kinda expensive. There is lots of other activities you can do here... public pool, camping, horseback riding, canoe trips down the river, just to name a few!!
Beautiful scenery. Be sure to hike to Eagle Falls right across from Cumberland Falls. A great little waterfall that you can take a swim in as well as enjoy some serious rock climbing. There are various activities that one can enjoy at this park including horse back riding, zip lining and white water rafting. Will be back again to hike the trails again.
My wife and I have been to Cumberland falls twice . The first time we stayed in the inn. This time we rented a woodland cottage. We went to see the moon bow. Unfortunately the sky was overcast just enough that the moon bow wasn't visible. The accommodations were wonderful. The room was spacious and the shower had was high enough for a normal person. The cottages were two rooms with a adjoining doors. You're going to have to go to get a look at the falls.
Beautiful country we have! The breath taking sights. One of the easier points of interest within the park. Did not see any wildlife inside the park however there's absolutely no doubt bears run those woods. Make sure your camera is good for a bunch of photos. Recommend to everyone! They have a Resort, several campgrounds, water rentals, and so much more!
Beautiful park with free parking. The waterfall is beautiful. It's large and impressive and there are many platforms for viewing and picture taking. There were many people there but it didn't feel crowded at all. Not commercialized it almost feels as if you're driving in the mountains to a picnic then you arrive. They now have boats available to get on the water close to the falls. Highly recommend this for a great day in nature.
