    The staff. Especially Nina. She's awesome. Laura, Charlotte and several others are fantastic too.

    Food tastes like all McDonald's.

    I miss the down to home atmosphere it once had at Marion, KY McDonald's. It's just not there anymore.

    I've never had a problem with unfriendly staff or a messy store but I have had problems getting good, correct food. Orders are messed up pretty regularly which could be excused if the food were worth going for. It's usually old and doesn't taste very well.

    I love to this restaurant because they took good care of me and always have especially when it comes to getting the job done quickly and swiftly with no mess ups or arguments with me and putting the customer first not the employee first

    Pretty clean... completely reorganized. Helpful staff. There is now a screen where you can place your order yourself and pay there too. Then all you have to do is take your ticket to the counter and wait for your food. That was pretty cool. I hardly ever go to McDonald's, but I will say that on this one particular trip they did manage to get my order correct.
