Bill's Restaurant

First time at Bill's this weekend. We visited with a party of 5. We had reservations and we were immediately seated. The service was very good, the waitstaff was knowledgeable and friendly. We had the Grit balls of fire appetizer and it was excellent. Between the 5 of us we ordered 4 distinct entrees. The consensus among our entire group was that the food was good, but not great. I think the Tomahawk porkchop was probably the dish that was least liked. If was a bit fatty and underdone. I realize now that we should have brought this to our waitress's attention, so I am not including that entree as part of my review. Overall it was an enjoyable dining experience.

Hands down best restaurant in the area. Bill is a total badass. His knowledge of early 80s wrestling is only surpassed by his menu crafting. If you dine at Bill's you will be happy.

Excellent food. Every appetizer and entree offered on the menu flowed so very well. You can not make a bad choice with any offering. I have celiac and they adjusted my meal to perfection! Great atmosphere, quiet music which is perfect for dinner conversation.

Absolutely amazing food, and a wonderful restaurant. The service was spectacular and the food was flavorful. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a fine dining experience in the trystate area. (it's more expensive because it's actually good)
