I'm a huge fan of fazolis food, never really disappointed with the food. My pregnancy craving this time around! However service just at the drive through and front checkout has SUCKED the last couple of visits. DONT ASK QUESTIONS or try to change your order or you'll be looked at like they want to throw the computer! Staff wants to argue, changing simple items or substituting is like pulling a fingernail! (Specifically there is an older lady who is always having a bad day, truly hate it for her.) Ill put names in next visit. Maybe management is bad? Pay not good enough?

This is our favorite place to eat for our budget. My daughter collects the reward points and gets either free food or discounts. The last time my family of 5 ate there we ate for under $30 using rewards points. The food was good and breadsticks were great! I highly recommend it.
