Haven't updated my reviews in awhile guess what still 5 stars I'd give 10 if I could these lady's really take care of me and my wife there ready made meals are delicious we love everything we have tried keep it up ladies if ya Haven't tried food prep before this is the best and healthy choices as welll

It was my first time there, thank you Trio for the wonderful treat! It was so fun we all had a blast. Can't wait to go again!!!

We had a great time! The food was delicious and making Bananas Foster was a lot of fun. Definitely recommend this for a date night or a group event.

Ashley and Mike were very friendly and helpful and made sure everyone was working safe. Everyone left with the same amount of fingers that they had when they entered. Ashley explained why certain ingredients were used, how to cut and chop then, when to add them, etc. They also made sure every kid got to do their own Bananas Foster Flambay. On another occasion the adults made a meal and we all interacted and were able to increase our cooking and preparation skills and we had a great time.

Enjoyed our Valentines date with my hubby. Menu was great. Cast iron ribeye with twice baked potatoes. Creme Brule for dessert. Ashley and Mike are great. This was our 2nd class. Highly recommend
