    Best BBQ in town. Thats where we go for chicken. We usually do the drive up window. great service!. Also have the do custom smoking of ham and deer meat. No place better!

    I was able to reserve a table for 6, to seat family members, visiting from as far away as Washington state. Upon arrival, I was advised the group would be larger, nearly double! I asked the staff for help, and they instantly modified our dining area to hold everyone comfortably. I believe another 10 ribs *might* make it back to Washington. I highly recommend Old Hickory BBQ!

    We bought chopped mutton to go even though they offer a very nice dining room for dining. They serve the original vinegar based sauce which isn't what I was raised on but is good just the same.
    People come from far and wide to taste the offerings at Old Hickory BBQ!

    Best BBQ in Owensboro! Lots of menu options for different tastes. Eat-in or carry-out options, plus they do catering. They will also smoke hams and turkeys in a 3-day turnaround. I've had a few hams and turkeys smoked by them over the years and they were all amazing.

    Great food, great people and great atmosphere! It is a wonderful place, I have only been here once but it has already made such an impression on me!!! This place is so tremendously awesome. The mutton ribs were delicious. Very rich and delicious!!!
