    I recently moved back from Florida and while in the mall, I decided to eat a Philly steak from Charlie's. I was amazed at how fresh the ingredients were, including the bread! I am a lover of Philly steaks and this was the best one I have ever eaten! French fries are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside and again, fresh! Everything is cooked to order right in front of your eyes! Every time I am in Lexington, I make it a point to have one! Both the owners and the staff enjoy a huge pat on the back!
