Great comfort, great food, great person...and its Kentucky!!

The best place we stayed on our two weeks & 10-state trip. Beautiful building, luxurious rooms, and breathtaking settings. Next to river and rolling hills.

The owner, Ben, was an excellent host and prepared some meals which could have easily belonged to a 5-star hotel. After 4 nights staying there, we hated to leave. We truly felt at home. We can't wait to go there again.

One of the nicest places to stay in the Lexington area. This is a Gem tucked away on a cozy street next to Keenland. Ben and Annette are incredibly genuine, amiable and truly accommodating. Their concern is your ultimate comfort so you may enjoy your time in town to the utmost. I had called ahead with a few questions about their amenities, and Ben had them in place before I arrived. Ben cooks your breakfast to perfection. The home is spacious and impeccably clean. Staying here is such a win opportunity!
I feel blessed to have had the chance to meet such wonderful hosts during my visit and would gladly stay here again.

What a wonderful Bed and Breakfast! Lovely house and rooms very convenient to Lexington airport and the Keeneland Racetrack. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and Ben and his family were wonderfully gracious hosts. We felt very much at home. Ben is a great cook, and his breakfasts were lovely, with farm fresh eggs, fresh fruit, bacon and more! We will definitely will be staying at Chateau Annette the next time we are in Lexington.

At Chateau Annette we had a one of a kind fabulous stay! It's heavenly, peaceful and we enjoyed every moment of family time together. Their Dream Suite was an absolute DREAM! The bedding was luxurious, clean and we slept in total comfort! Sitting on the Audubon patio overlooking the beautiful nature made us feel fully relaxed and keep on dreaming while listening to the creek side waterfall! The Breakfast that Ben (the owner) served was supper delicious and yummy. The stay at Chateau Annette was all about an outstanding experience and service while relaxing and having fun!
