Chick-fil-A

Everything is excellent here. Great food and friendly fast service. Only thing that is odd is the opening time of 6:30am. Other locations in Lexington open at 6am. Lack of consistency is unusual for Chick-Fil-A.

Usually great food here, but the last time I picked up a to go order, my nuggets were way overcooked. They were very dark colored (almost burnt), hard, dry chunks that were inedible. I hope that was an accidental fluke and that this store is not going downhill already.

First time Chick Fil A guest today. Loved the unique, peaceful, and spiritual vibe going on! This is coming from an agnostic/athiest.

The food isn't bad, but not great either. Pretty standard stuff for fast food. Still giving them 5 stars for the atmosphere and great guests. Love to see good people together praying and manifesting their lives. Very welcoming and genuine customer service. If I'm nitpicking I'd say the customer service reps need to be more creative in how they talk. It seems like they read from a script. Working at a corporate place I was required to say the same thing. I was reading a script. Awesome experience over all!

This location is always clean. I have never had a bad visit. My food has always been fresh and bagged correctly. Thats hard to say for most fast food places. I always get the sauces I ask for and a friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here.

I'll give this three stars only because the food was still delicious as always. After being asked to pull up we waited over 15 minutes for our food which made us late. My sandwich was spicy when I ordered normal and I didn't even get the drink I ordered and didn't have time to go back in and get it. Worst chick fil a experience to date.
