City Barbeque and Catering

Hands down, choosing city bbq to cater our wedding was the best decision we made. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and the food was delicious. The people that were serving even jumped in to help set things up when our bartender was late. We could not have asked for anything more! They were perfect! Thank you!

This is truly the best BBQ you can get in Lexington and the surrounding areas. Their brisket is phenomenal! My wife and I ate dinner there for under $30 and couldn't even finish it all! Just a great dinner all around.

Great food...what was available. We got there at 7pm and they were out of ribs, sausages and turkey...only things left were brisket and pork. But they were happy to let us pay for the family meal which had ribs and turkey??? and let us substitute something else??? Glad I don't live close. I would not go back.

Everything was okay, but I like a little more flavor to my bbq. The meats we got, pulled pork and pulled chicken were without sauce, so you have to add it yourself after the meat has been cooked. I prefer my sauce cooked into the meat, but it was still okay.

Stopped in really late like really close to closing time and wasn't expecting much because you know how it is late at night you usually don't get the best food just the stuff left over. Well the Brisket we got was top notch and the veggies and all was great. Was very impressed with the food especially considering the late hour.
