We were treated really well on our visit. Had the smoked wings and a bowl of burgoo. Food was delicious.

My only real complaints are the lack of sauce options, and the fact that I have gone there on more than one occasion only to find out that they were completely out of wings. So, the food is obviously good enough and consistent enough for them to run out, but they should be a little more prepared and have more on hand. Overall, don't think I have had a bad meal at this location.

I'm visiting from Austin, TX. I always try the local BBQ when I travel. I chose the Ole Smokey. Turkey, Cole slaw, horseradish dressing on toasted sourdough bread. I gotta say this is over the best sandwiches I've ever had. The turkey was smoked perfectly and the horseradish was just the right amount of heat. I wish I was staying longer. I couldn't believe this placed wasn't packed.

Double H has become my go-to place for Lexington BBQ. I have visited for weekday lunches and have had their catering at work. Always excellent! The pulled pork is delicious without sauce, but I always find myself adding the mild/sweet sauce. As for sides, I always have the mac 'n cheese; it may be too spicy for some people, but I love it. The atmosphere is great and the people are friendly.

Great brisket and the mild and hot sauces were good also. Cole slaw was fresh and had a good crunch to it. Corn pudding was good. Great atmosphere good service. Will definitely go back when I am in that area
