Excellent service from Sammie!! Boy can she work a room effortlessly! We really enjoyed the chili, salmon, and fried fish! Too much to finish. Sammie also kept my cocktail glass full! Good time at Drake's!????????

I love this place. The food and atmosphere are outstanding. It doesn't hurt that sushi, burgers, and beer are some of my favorite things, and they do all three of these well.

The food was pretty good; I had the black bean burger and sweet potato waffle fries, and the burger was killer, fries were fine. I also tried my husband's beef burger (incredible). The BLT tater tot appetizer was decent, but a little disappointing considering the cost. On hindsight, I should probably have considered whether $13 for tater tots was a great idea. It had plenty of bacon, though! My cocktail was overly sweet, so note a possible heavy hand with syrups. I think they were accommodating a less...sophisticated palate. Experience-wise, prepare to seat yourself and note that bar tables have a hook underneath for coats and purses. Our kid is well-behaved, so she was fine, but this place is probably better for adults, especially small groups. Waitress had a great personality and was fun. One weird thing: we kept getting strong whiffs of an unpleasant odor the whole time, either body odor or straight up fish sauce. We'll probably go back sometime, with a plan to stick with beer, wine, or not-sweet mixed drinks if we drink at all. And not on Saturday.
