Malone's Palomar

We always have a great experience here, and on the very rare occasions we have an issue with the food or service, they go the extra mile to make it right. Whenever I'm looking for a nice place to celebrate, I just have a good steak, I know that I can't go wrong here.

The atmosphere was great, but if you didn't have a reservation the wait wouldn't have been worth it. Our waiter was friendly but a little off. It seemed like we had some confusion on who was supposed to be doi g what for the table. Multiple people bringing water to the table which left us with little space for the food. The food was plated well and in picturesque fashion and smelled great. I was impressed with the fried shrimp platter I got and the sweet potato casserole was delightful. The lobster mac and cheese was terrible though and not worth the $8 it costs. When we asked for boxes to go it seemed like we were speaking a foreign language to the waiter and it took is a couple of tries to get the right sizes. Mangament was very observant but it looks like they need some clarification in the training room. All in all it wasn't a bad experience.

The food is always fantastic. The staff is always friendly. One of our favorites!

The best waiter ever--Jordan. He took real good care of us. Malone's is one of the best restaurants I have been to.

The food is just all around wonderful an so are the staff. They go above an beyond. It's very much worth the price, who knows you might be there when one of the many famous people are there.
