McDonald's

This specific location is very clean inside lobby, parking lot, around building and restroom!!! Customer service was also exceptional and the pleasant aroma made our overall experience excellent!!! Thank you for restoring my lost confidence in the fast food industry due to the majority of the restaurants being below standards!!!

.Every time I get to stop by this McDonald's, they have seemed to be more professional and smooth in their operation. This time it wasn't as good as usual. I didn't pick up on a real reason other than the employees not being as confident in their duties or as knowledgeable about the menu. A front line employee/cashier didn't know what was on a sandwich. I was surprised they didn't try to find out. The restaurant was clean but the atmosphere was lacking friendliness. There was not any background music playing.

Ordered our food and didnt hear our number being called for pick up one worker brought it out manager came and got it and replaced it all because it had set out too long. Too bad I live 2 hours away or I would definitely return here! Thoroughly impressed!!!

I wish I knew the name of the daytime shift manager because she is incredibly friendly and my food is always great when she is working. One of the better McDonald's in Lexington.
Also wanna shout out the morning crew, the line is incredibly fast and if you hear "Good Morning, this is Chantelle" just know your breakfast food is about to be incredible. Give her a raise, McDonald's! The other lady that is next to her in the morning helping her with payments is also incredibly nice.
