Ramsey's Andover Country Store

This place is overrated. It is overpriced. A very average meal. Been here twice I had pork chops the first time they were freezer burnt and a friend got them the next time and they had the same freezer burnt taste. You would think such a high-class place with use fresh cuts of meat and still frozen pork chop yuck.

Great atmosphere and great food. Be sure to enjoy breakfast and while your at it order a mimosa. If you decide to pass on breakfast I would highly recommend the Turkey Melt, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Got seated pretty quick, friendly staff, food was hot and served in a timely manner. Clean tables and bathroom. Will definitely be returning

We ate at the Lexington KY one last night for the first time. We both had the Chicken Fried Steak. It was awesome. The best I have ever had out. The mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were great as well. We both enjoyed the beets. Everything was delicious and such a great waitress. We took pie back to our hotel room. We plan to visit again tonight and when we are back in Lexington KY next month, we will be back.

The food tasted great as always. When we visited, there was a crowd inside but we didn't have to wait. Was seated almost immediately. The waitress showed up quickly, was very friendly and took our order. If you like country down-home style food, this is the place for you. They have a choice of a meat and two sides. Their meat choices were numerous, as was the sides. Nearly any country style veggie you'd expect. And we didn't get dessert, but they have a large selection of pies. And if you want a sandwich, they have a large selection as well, and it comes with a side. They even had a fried balogna sandwich, even though I didn't get, but was told it tastes great if you do get one. Anyways, we always enjoy eating here.
