    Chef Spaulding and his staff are absolutely top notch! Zero waste, scratch kitchen that’s dedicated to sourcing quality ingredients. Food is always fantastic and staff is always delightful✨.

    What a joy to stop in a restaurant like this. They source protein/animals that are thoughtfully raised (you can taste it) and they do their part by using equally thoughtful technique and an exceptional flavor profile while cooking the plates.

    So glad I stopped in. The entire staff and patrons are equally a joy as well.
