Was our first time there. Nice atmosphere, great service, food was delicious. Got the chicken club sandwich. Totally hit the spot and their fries were good too. My only very small critique was the bread on the sandwich was not toasted making it a little soggy. All in all it was a great experience.

If you come in any night of the week, the female bartender with shorter black hair will probably be taking shots with customers. Complained when customers came in, blasted music the whole time and drank on the job. But the food was good.

It gets a little busy and crowded on Saturdays during live music etc which is fun, but I recommend going when it isn't busy. Pretty patio to enjoy a beer on a nice day, decent prices and good sides and meals

Place is nice, clean, but doesn’t compare to the atmosphere of the other shamrocks located off Richmond Rd. I ate here recently, we came in at the three o’ clock slum. So service was a little slow, didn’t even see the server that much. If it is you’re first time eating here, I highly suggest the Irish nachos. They’re really good, and you’re for sure going home with leftovers because it’s enough food to feed four people comfortably.

Overall, this is a decent restaurant if you happen to be around the Heartland area.

Menu is large and varied - everyone should be able to find something to suit their tastes. 10 varieties of burgers! Very good burgers - I would give them 5 stars if they would toast the buns. Also comfort food such as fried chicken, shepherd's pie, hot brown etc. Reasonably priced and good service. Sports bar atmosphere but family friendly.
