Food was hot and delicious and the staff was friendly. When leaving the gentleman asked how everything was and told me to have a good day

They truly need to have more people work on 3rd shift. The wait in the drive thru tonight was over 30 minutes. My order was over $30 but I know everyone in front of me wasn't that large and still had a long time to wait.

My order at this location is almost always correct. And they never skimp on the taco fillings. Service is decent. Only issue is sometimes it takes awhile to get your food, but that's moreso due to the amount of employees working or the design of the food assembly line, not the fault of the employees themselves. This location is def near the top of my Lexington Taco Bell list.

I like the way the app organizes things and makes it easy. Pick up in store or drive-thru is great. The store had no gift cards on hand when I wanted one.

I will say that the customer service in the people here are wonderful. and of course it's a taco Bell so it's cheap food and fast the food was tasty but it is a taco Bell experience and exactly what you would think it would be. I had a shredded chicken burrito and a bean and rice burrito which were both fine and pretty tasty. The atmosphere is also fine a little dirty on the inside but the staff just clean it regularly I would more so blame the customers and the children that eat inside. But overall a great place.
