I actually worked at a Taco Tico when i was a teenager & i came back out of a sense of nostalgia i suppose, but i had forgotten how good the food was! Their seasoned beef is SOOOO much better than Taco Bell & the prices are really low- especially considering the taste of the food! Also, the employees are friendly & my order came out fast & hot: i recommend this place to any fan of good fast-food tacos! ✌????????

This taco tico doesn't have the same menu as the one in north park, the service at the drive through is poor, you have to ask for everything, napkins, hot sauce, straws. Need to work on service.i have no problems with the on in
Boardwalk, good menu, I have eaten there for over 25 years.
I hope the new location can improve its 5 minutes from my house.

I’d hate to give a bad review just because I am not a fan of the seasoning used here so to be as fair as possible 3 stars.. I got the 2 taco + sanchos meal. The beef is basically soup, in a similar way to Taco Bell, but softer, less formed, it has the consistency of refried beans.

One taco soft and one crunchy. The crunchy had a better, fresher taste. I ordered sauce but it didn’t come. Companion also had his order of 3 tacos with toppings he asked not to be on it.. the sweet tea was refreshing and not overly sweet.
I’d recommend having an option of flour or corn tortillas though, the current flour tortillas are very overpowering but fresh nonetheless.

If I was sitting in front of a Taco Bell and a taco tico side by side- I’d go with Taco Bell, it’s not saying much I guess but won’t be back. Companion said he would come back though.

I've been a die hard Taco Tico fan for well over 20 years now at this point. Take it from me, this new location is just as good as the original location off Boardwalk. There's nothing else that compares with the unique taste. I'm so glad that they're making a comeback and I'm looking forward to more locations!

They just opened so they are ridiculously busy but they are so worth the wait! The staff are polite and courteous. The only thing I struggled with is the parking lot. It is a bit small but once the newness wears off it should be much easier to get in and out of. The Sancho is delicious!
