    I could say so much about this food truck. She has the best of everything that she cooks from tacos to tortas everything is always fresh,hot and very delicious. She is very friendly and I'm glad that we met her five years ago. She really needs to open her own Mexican restaurant. If you never try her food please go and check her out
    She is located at the corner of New Circle road and Meadow Lanes in the parking lot of the pawn shop across from speedway.

    She has the BEST tacos in town.. and yes I've tried almost all of the street taco trucks.. but hers are flavorful.. and on top of that, she has an AMAZING personality ... you must try it..
