    Fast fresh food at its finest. The newly remodled location in Frankfort, KY was busy but the staff handled the Sunday afternoon lunch rush well. The only problem are the prices. Too high in my opinion.

    Love Panera! Love the atmosphere, the food, the music. The new decor! I tried the bacon mac n cheese tonight. Wow! So good!

    First off let me say I love Panera bread. Unfortunately this trip was fairly disappointing. Most of the staff seemed new and not well trained although the lass that waited on us was very pleasant. Ordered the onion soup and kitchen did not prepare it properly. No cheese or croutons on top. Had half a chicken salad sandwich. Not my favorite and won't be ordering it again. I am not a soda drinker but do not go expecting soda as they do not have any. The machine is broken and gone. Also for the ice. It was in a low sitting tub like thing with an ice scoop that everyone has to handle to scoop your own ice...not very sanitary in my opinion.

    Yum! They never disappoint. The new double bread bowl is AMAZING and more than enough to share. The staff was friendly and quick with our order.
